Ingredients
Makes 3/4 cup
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup red-wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- ground pepper
Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk together mustard, honey, vinegar, and oil. Season with pepper. (To store, refrigerate, up to 3 weeks.) Pour marinade over 6 pork chops or 4 chicken breasts. Refrigerate 1 hour (or up to 3 hours) before grilling, baking, or panfrying.
