Honey Marinade


Ingredients

Makes 3/4 cup
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup red-wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • ground pepper

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together mustard, honey, vinegar, and oil. Season with pepper. (To store, refrigerate, up to 3 weeks.) Pour marinade over 6 pork chops or 4 chicken breasts. Refrigerate 1 hour (or up to 3 hours) before grilling, baking, or panfrying.
